Getting around the site
When you click on an item on the menu, you will see a drop-down list of items in the corresponding sub-menu. Click on one of these items and the information will appear in the right-hand portion of the page. To return to the Home Page, click on the Boutique du Stylo logo. View the site correctly
This site is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 pixels or more. . If the resolution is lower, you will not be able to see the site correctly and you will need to use the scroll bars the view the whole pages.
To change the screen resolution on a PC, go on the Desktop, right click on your mouse and choose Properties. In the Display Properties window, click on Settings. Move the slider that in the Screen area (or Screen resolution)section until you get a 1024 X 768 pixels resolution and click on Apply. You then should be able to see the website fitting in your screen.
To change the screen resolution on a Mac, use the Monitors & Sound control panel.
Using the shopping cart
Select Add to cart and the product you want will automatically be added to your purchases.Then, indicate the quantity you need. You can always remove these items from your list before ordering by clicking on the Remove button. When you have completed your purchases, click on Place order to choose your payment method.

You may return products coming from Stylo.ca at any time up to 15 days after receiving them. The products must be accompanied by the invoice and the order number. You are not required to pay any penalty to Stylo.ca in such a case.

Upon receipt of returned products, any sum debited from your credit card account in favour of Stylo.ca with regard to these products, except delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible. The refund will be made on the condition, however, that the products being returned are received by Stylo.ca in the same condition as that in which they were at the time they were delivered to you.
It is also possible to return products ordered on Stylo.ca to ""La Boutique du Stylo"" stores (The addresses of these stores can be found in the Site's ""Our Stores"" section), under the conditions specified above. In no case will ""La Boutique du Stylo"" stores reimburse delivery costs.
