“Good design is so much more than a look”, says Laurent Carrier, one of the product’s designers. “The idea behind Capsul was to transform the classic leather wallet into a hip urban accessory more in touch with our ‘plastic’ economy. It’s amazing how quickly new owners become attached to their Caspuls, inventing uses for them we never even thought of. The ‘straight-up’ design seems to invite this.“
