The Professional Gear Slim Mini fountain pen is a shorter version of the Professional Gear Slim. When capped, the Slim Mini is 106 mm in length - or 18 mm shorter than the Slim. However, when posted, it is only 11 mm shorter. This fountain pen proves to be a perfect choice for those who desire a compact size fountain pen and want the quality and feel of a slim-sized Professional Gear for pure writing performance.

The marble patterned barrel is the iconic characteristic of this series and is manufactured with the injection molding method we normally employ for resin parts. Only under limited conditions can two colors form a beautiful marble pattern without blending too much into each other. Marble forming techniques have existed, but it was always considered difficult to create marble patterns with acrylic resin. At Sailor Pen, we have developed an original technique for realizing marble patterns with polished shine and depth, using acrylic resin.
Easy to carry around with a body so compact that it fits comfortably within the palm of a woman's hand. Becomes just the right size when writing, for an authentic writing performance.
