The Souverän Tortoiseshell-White radiates a warm purity with the combination of golden elements, white parts and greenish-yellow elements. This series offers an unusual color combination. The various color pigments in the material create a multicolor effect that shimmers in a wide variety of color nuances. The material, originally made of cotton, got its name from these color effects. The white precious resin offers a successful color counterpart to the color swirls.

Every single Souverän 400 Tortoiseshell-White was crafted with the highest precision, mounted by hand and finally carefully checked. Furthermore, the writing qualities of every gold-nib were tested by hand.

The Souverän M600 Art Collection Rudi Rother is not just a writing instrument, it is a canvas that revives the golden age of Pelikan's artistic heritage. Inspired by the bold, geometric poster art of designer Rudi Rother, this edition transforms iconic visuals from the early 20th century into a contemporary object of elegance and creativity.
Every detail reflects Pelikan's dedication to craftsmanship. The cap, forepart, and knob are shaped from a premium, self-polishing resin, while the twin rings and the beak-shaped clip shine in 24-karat gold plating. At its heart lies a two-tone 14-karat gold nib, designed to glide effortlessly across the page, offering a writing experience that is both soft and powerful.
The barrel tells the true story of this edition. Created using the refined Aurora process, it begins with a brass tube engraved in guilloche, covered with ten layers of lacquer, and polished to a smooth, luminous surface. Upon this, Rother's expressive design unfolds a striking play of geometry, light, and color that shifts like a hologram with every movement.
This is the second chapter of the Pelikan Art Collection, following the celebrated Glauco Cambon edition. With it, Pelikan continues a journey that bridges art and craftsmanship, honoring its historic ties to poster art and transforming them into timeless treasures of writing culture.

A subtle yet expressive detail from Tippel's original artwork defines the design of this edition. The flowing cloud formations from the sky of the 1899 poster have been reimagined as an abstract, rhythmic pattern across the decorative sleeve of the fountain pen.
The softly contoured forms interact with light to create depth, movement and a delicate shimmering effect. Framed by semi-transparent warm brown resin components, the motif harmoniously connects historic artwork with contemporary craftsmanship.
Crafted using the sophisticated Aurora process, the barrel features finely engraved guilloché structures beneath multiple layers of lacquer, creating a luminous surface that enhances the visual presence of the design.
The Souverän M600 combines Pelikan's renowned technical precision with refined aesthetics.
