Return policy

You may return products coming from Stylo.ca at any time up to 15 days after receiving them. The products must be accompanied by the invoice and the order number. You are not required to pay any penalty* to Stylo.ca in such a case.

Once Stylo.ca receives the returned products, your account will be refunded within 24 hours, less the shipping costs originally assumed by Stylo.ca.

If a product is really defective, Stylo.ca will credit your account for the cost of the returned products and we will assume your return fees only with our prepaid link on Canada Post.

It is also possible to return products ordered on Stylo.ca at any Boutiques of Stylo.ca (The addresses of these boutiques  can be found in the Site's ""Our Boutiques"" section), under the conditions specified above. In no case will ""Stylo.ca "" Boutiques  reimburse delivery costs.
