Stylo.ca cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the website will be available when ordered or thereafter. PURCHASING POLICY

1. The price for each product that you order is the price that appears on the website.
2. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your package will be shipped by Canada Post.
3. Shipping and transport charges as well as the applicable sales taxes are not included in the price.
4. Stylo.ca has the right to modify at any time the prices of the products shown on the website, without notice.
5. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars ( CAD$) with informative versions in $US and Euros
6. Product prices advertised on the website Stylo.ca are similar to those in our Stylo.ca’s Boutiques but can sometimes differ from the prices in Stylo.ca Shops.
7. If an error occurs during an online purchase, you will be contacted by a representative, either by phone or email, and if applicable, an adjustment will be made. For example, a product is no longer available, a taxation error occurred, etc.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY POLICY

1. Stylo.ca never guarantees the availability of the products offered online. If Stylo.ca cannot deliver any of the products ordered because they are out of stock, you will be advised by email or by phone.
2. Stylo.ca is not liable for any inconvenience and/or losses attributed to any unavailability of any and all products and/or services.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. 1. Stylo.ca respects at all times shipping advertised but reserves the right to change without notice.
2. Items will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Usually one to three days .The processing and delivery delays may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. Delivery dates are estimated from the moment the products leave the Stylo.ca warehouse and facilities.
3. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of the products, Stylo.ca relinquishes all property rights to the buyer.
4. Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signature acknowledging receipt of the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company.

5. We ensure at all times as delivery to valid addresses across Canada and outside of Canada.

6. We do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Lebanon, Romania, Syria, Iran, Iraq almost all countries in Africa and everywhere we doubt the reliability of payment and delivery is ensured and secure.

ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Stylo.ca is pleased to offer refunds or exchanges on all products purchased online, within 15 days of purchase. Refunds and exchanges can be granted either by mail or at one of our store locations.

 A gift certificate or /gift card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE: All clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores and may only be returned via mail within 15 days of purchase.

PROMOTIONS:

Please note that the return of items purchased during a promotion may cancel the conditions relating to that offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated if necessary based on the new conditions of sale.

Stylo.ca reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund merchandise that is not mentioned above and articles that have been misused, altered, contaminated, damaged in any way. Items received in such a state will be returned to the customer. No credit will be granted and the buyer will pay for the return of merchandise and waive all claims.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the goods are returned because it is defective or that Stylo.ca is faulty. In this case, the goods must be returned only by mail with a pre shipping label, prepaid by Stylo.ca on a link.
